Project Proposal Questionnaire

Whenever possible, I share this questionnaire with stakeholders or SMEs ahead of our kickoff meeting.
It helps me understand the core business challenge, gather key context, and jumpstart my problem-solving process, so our first conversation can be more strategic and focused.

Project Proposal Conversation Guide & Checklist

This guide helps structure early conversations with project sponsors and stakeholders.
It ensures we're aligned on goals, success criteria, and performance expectations before design begins - laying the groundwork for focused, results-driven learning solutions.

Cybersecurity Case Study  Project Plan, eLearning Outlines, Module 1 Storyboard

This collection includes the project plan, eLearning outlines, and Module 1 storyboard for my cybersecurity training case study.
Together, they offer a behind-the-scenes look at how I approached the Analyze and Design phases - mapping out key milestones, defining deliverables, and structuring content before development began.

Instructional Design Document - Bartender Training

This instructional design document was created in 2021 as a sample project for a fictional client, Hometown Bar & Grill.
The goal was to design a blended training program to improve consistency in cocktail preparation. This piece showcases my early instructional design process - from needs analysis through planning eLearning, ILT, and performance assessments - and remains a fun example of how I tackle real performance challenges, even in fictional settings.
