Implement & Evaluate
Design and development are only part of the journey - successful learning also depends on smooth implementation and thoughtful evaluation. That's harder to show in a portfolio, but here's a little insight into my process for each.
Implementation
I have experience implementing learning solutions across a variety of LMS platforms, including Docebo, Absorb, and Blackboard. I aim to make the learner experience as seamless as possible, whether it’s a self-paced module, a scheduled ILT session, or blended delivery.

Where possible, I incorporate spaced repetition, job-embedded practice, and post-training check-ins to reinforce learning and drive long-term retention. I also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems are in place for coaching, performance support, and reinforcement.
Evaluation
Evaluation starts with the end in mind. I draw from the Kirkpatrick Model to guide evaluation strategies, with a focus not just on knowledge checks or satisfaction surveys, but on observable behavior change and measurable business impact. I collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics up front, then use those metrics to inform revisions and continuous improvement.
